You’ll come away with a clear understanding of how and why meditation works — and a range of practical techniques that you can integrated into your day, no matter how busy you are.

The course focuses also on further developing emotional literacy and the cultivation of positive mind states and a more sophisticated use of sound, visualisations and body sensations.
